 If you order YOURSELF taxi, always insist that your driver to take you to the correct address (65 Hang Bac street) - otherwise you might wind up at another, inferior hotel so the taxi driver can earn a commission. Don't pay for the wrong address !

Be careful: At all the times when you arrived Queen Travel Hotel, some guys go around area of outside door and tell you our hotel is full rooms or closed for repairs something and guide you to another hotel to get commission. Keep off them and come  inside at 65 Hang Bac street - the unique office - to meet the friendly and legitimate staff of Queen Travel Hotel

if you needs to call to reconfirm the rooms (or the true news) of Queen Travel  when you arrived wherever in Vietnam ( airport, stations, hotels, on taxies, tour office...) you have to do call YOURSELF to us direct telephone numbers, that why ? if you DO NOT, they are usually cheated you that  the rooms full in book at Queen Travel Hotel, or make other phone number with somebody as an accomplice, then guide you to an other hotel to get a commission

Queen Travel Hotel - 65 Hang Bac street, Hanoi. The One of best hotels is located in the centre of the Old quarter, you can walk to all points of interest. Hoan Kiem lake is a few minute walk and Noi Bai international Airport is 45 minutes by taxi.

 REGULATION

• - All room rate are in US Dollars and we accept EUR, VND.
• - Major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master card - there is a 4% bank fee premium.
• - Rates include Breakfast and 10% VAT , telephone, laundry, drinks, etc are extra.
• - If you want to buy or bring out something in the room, please consult the front desk
• - Please conserve water and switch off electrical equipment before leaving the room.

        Check - in time :   14:00 pm or sooner upon room availability.

        Check - out time : Is on or before 12:00 noon.

        Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

        - Check out until 18:00pm    +  50% of room rate.

        - Check out after 18:00pm   + 100% of room rate.

*   No extra charge is applied to children under the age  of  6 (Sharing the room with parents).

*   Reservation will be held until 18:00 on the arrival day unless guaranteed. However, during the   busiest times as ( Christmas, New Year Day, Traditional Tet and Public Holidays) bookings must be reconfirmed at least 1 week prior to the day of arrival.  

*  During the high season  prices may be increased to reflect market condition.

*   Cancellations on the arrival day will be charged one night's lodging.
